This recipe will make many people happy with these brownies. They are very chocolatey, moist, and will always impress others. It’s definitely one of the best brownies I have tasted and I believe you will enjoy it too.
To start off this recipe here are the ingredients you need:
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ rounded teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- Optional: Chocolate chips !
Step 1.Melt the butter with sugar, salt, and cocoa powder on the stove with low heat. Stir this continuously until it gets to a chocolatey mixture. I recommend using a whisk or scrapper.
Step 2. Add the vanilla and eggs to this mixture. Add one egg then stir then add the other egg. This should turn the mixture a little smoother.
Step 3. After mixing, add the flour in. Add little at a time and keep stirring until the batter gets thicker. Watch over mixing the batter for a too thick consistency.
Step 4. Use an 8 inch pan to put your brownie batter into and bake for about 20-25 minutes but make sure to check on them every 10 minutes.
These brownies actually took a little quicker for me to make. This is only because of the oven I use, so make sure to watch over your brownies. They are very delicious especially right out of the oven and if you ever need some type of treat, this can solve your problem.
