Seniors Georgia Nussey, Claire DeCencio and Madeline Isner have submitted their study “Changes in Shorebird Diversity and Anthropogenic Disturbance at North Brigantine Natural Area” to the NJ Junior Science & Humanities Symposium at Rutgers University.

The year-long study highlights the decline in shorebird populations and makes key recommendations for improvement based on the data.

The symposium will take place virtually on March 1, 2021. Best of luck to our HMHS participants!
